This is according to an exclusive report by The Sun. the report claims Kanye proposed to Kim (which she accepted) just days after she gave birth to their daughter, North. He reportedly splashed £500,000 on a rare black and tiger-stripe diamond ring for Kim and the pair are said to be planning a wedding in Paris this Septempber.
The couple reportedly spent more than £100,000 on medical bills and accommodation at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Beverly Hills, where Kim was holed up for 4 days. Kim also rented three deluxe suites costing more than £2,500 per night each. And she also enlisted the help of a personal labour coach — known as a doula — at more than £3,000 a day. A source told The Sun:
